Why we built it
Multilingual meetings are everywhere — and so are the workarounds. People speak slower than usual, switch into a second-best shared language, or simply tolerate the awkwardness of one-sided fluency. Generic AI tools tried to help, but most either kept your data on their servers or interrupted the natural flow of conversation.
Sageio's engine started as an internal tool inside one organization. Over a year of daily use across hundreds of meetings, it accumulated millions of translated words and proved the architecture: a quiet bot that joins, captures, transcribes, and translates without slowing anyone down — while leaving the data fully in your control.
