Yes — every plan starts with 60 minutes free. No credit card required. You'll see real translation quality on your own meetings before deciding.
02Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime, no contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
03Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 20% on Professional and Teams plans. Enterprise contracts are typically annual with custom terms.
04What counts as a "user" on the Teams plan?
Anyone who hosts or joins meetings through your workspace. You're billed for active seats — if a teammate leaves, drop the seat next billing cycle.
05Which languages are supported today?
20+ languages with real-time STT and translation, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, and most European languages. Enterprise customers can request additional languages.
06Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. GDPR compliant. SOC 2 Type II in progress (attestation available for Enterprise on request). Audio is processed in memory and discarded — only text transcripts are persisted.
07Can I self-host?
Yes, available on Enterprise. Your data never leaves your servers. We provide deployment support, infrastructure-as-code templates, and update channels.
