Consumers can declare the termination of a paid Sageio contract here. Fill in the details below; we will confirm receipt by email immediately, including the date and time your declaration arrived.

Paid subscribers can also cancel anytime from the dashboard ("Manage subscription"). This form is the formal written declaration route.
